The Position We Are Seeking to Fill?  
 
Administrative Assistant

 
We are searching for an Administrative Assistant that provides high level administrative support to company CEO and other executives by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives.  The Administrative Assistant will be the primary contact for the internal and external relationships, represents the CEO with senior executives, external customers, and board members.  Handles details that are confidential and critical in nature.
 
 
Are You the One?
  • You will have 2 plus years of experience supporting a growing organization in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. (Start-up experience a plus! )
  • You are an expert in technology (Power Point presentations)
  • You have superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tasks
  • You can work independently and manage frequent changing needs
  • You have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
  • You are positive, dedicated, and approachable personality.
  • You are poised under pressure with the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice (this is a start-up)
  • You have experience supporting larger teams
  • You have worked at a start-up before and know how to “wear many hats”.  
  • You have 3+ years of Administrative Assistance experience
  • You have a college degree or equivalent experience.
