SALES OPERATIONS
LOCATION - Corporate Office - San Jose, CA.
This position is located at the corporate office.  Candidate must live locally to San Jose, CA. 


Purpose: Support sales and marketing activities throughout the sales cycle, from leads to execution of orders.
Department: Commercial organization
Reports to: VP of Marketing, dotted line to VP of Sales

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support contracts throughout their lifecycle
  • Coordinate orders, from receipt to delivery, partnering with operations and the field organization
  • Track field inventory, providing regular updates to manage shelf life
  • Assist in tracking commissions
  • Support sales leadership team meetings
  • Assist in preparation and execution of activities at medical conferences
  • Input data into various databases to support the commercial business
  • Assist in lead management, partnering with VP of New Business Development and Marketing
 Candidate Requirements
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience with customer engagement and management
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Tools, i.e. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
 Knowledge and Training May Require:
  • Familiarity with a variety of the commercial practices and procedures
  • Gain expertise with Salesforce (SFDC) Software
  • Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Experience
  • Sales Operations Associate: 0-2 years’ experience
  • Sales Operations Manager: 3-8 years’ experience
  • Sr. Sales Operations Manager: 5-12 years’ experience
  • Principal Sales Operations Manager: 8-15+ years’ experience
