Cardiac Monitoring Vice President

The Cardiac Monitoring leader will have overall responsibility for successful development and functioning of the Cardiac Monitoring Center. This position will lead, facilitate and support business growth through focused business initiatives, implementing strategy for our IDTF efforts.  This position has a team of direct reports in Cardiac Monitoring and Reporting.
  • Assist in identifying, measuring and executing on key strategic opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Work with monitoring group manager and the report group manager to manage and direct IDTF monitoring, reporting teams, including hiring, compensation, disciplinary actions, training, employee development and performance management.
  • Oversee quality and efficiency for the internal Cardiac Monitoring teams.
  • Assist with writing and implementing best practices, department manuals, policies and procedures that maximize development and training
  • Create and implement new protocols and procedures to improve efficiencies and levels of patient care
  • Collaborate across functional boundaries to coordinate the inputs of various internal stakeholders when drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Work across organizational functions as necessary to gain buy-in and implement key initiatives.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve ongoing quality assurance
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
  • BS/BA in Business or related field, or equivalent related experience required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations and/or sales in a health care field required and cardiac remote patient monitoring experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of management/leadership experience required, preferably with remote reporting experience.
  • Mastery of MCT, CEM and EH workflow
  • Proven experience in creating effective connections between operations, sales and other departments.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding planning, organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Business knowledge of medical devices/equipment and/or health care information technology preferred.
