Purpose The position is responsible for installation and configuration to support the deployment of VitalConnect software on the mobile device platform configured to each customer’s needs and ensures that appropriate guidelines are followed precisely and documented per the requirements. This position is responsible for reviewing and understanding the appropriate customer specific configuration parameters and correctly implementing and documenting the software solutions required for each specific job. Responsibilities
Proficiency in MSWord and Excel.
Excellent attention to details
Configuring devices to specifications unique to each job
Performing re-packaging of mobile and electronic devices
Performing a variety of operational/testing tasks to support production and field return
Completing documentation and reports accurately with great attention to details
Maintaining housekeeping standards in production areas to comply with medical device expectations
Being compliant to all SOPs related to the job function and abide by good documentation practices
Assuming additional responsibilities as assigned
Stay up to date on all job training needs
Education Associates degree in Computer Science desired or equivalent work experience Experience
1-2 years of experience in a medical device manufacturing environment or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
The ability to read and follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and complete product configuration such that it meets all the requirements
The ability to follow procedures precisely and learn support technology
The ability to plan, organize, multi-task and adapt to priority changes
The ability to use standard computers and basic office software
Troubleshooting Skills
Great attention to detail
Experience with medical device testing and configuration is desirable
Be willing to work overtime, extra hours, or weekends as needed.
