Customer Success Manager - REMOTE - ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

Location: St Louis, Missouri
VitalConnect is a medical device company designing and manufacturing state-of-the-art biosensor technology to gather, store and analyze biometric data, and associated visualization and notification software for medical professionals. We leverage extensive expertise in biomedical engineering, data analytics, chip design, and mobile and cloud software to create technology that supports decision-making paradigms that achieve better health and economic outcomes. VitalConnect’s products are designed for use in a broad range of inpatient and outpatient settings, such as hospital monitoring, post-discharge care, cardiac monitoring and pharmaceutical solutions.

Customer Success Manager - REMOTE position

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work with new and existing customers to ensure they are extremely successful and delighted with our products and services. In this role, you are a critical part of our customers’ deployment, adoption, retention, and expansion of VitalSolution. You act as their day-to-day contact, establishing relationships with them to ensure best practices in their clinical environments. You'll push for and manage accelerated deployments and quick and consistent adoption. You have in-depth knowledge of success indicators, leveraging data and your analytical abilities to guide changes, updates, and improvements to the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the complete VitalSolution customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal for an assigned customer portfolio.
  • Act as a customer advocate and main customer contact, ensuring our customers feel well cared for.
  • Meet regularly with customers to understand product challenges, drive adoption and expansion and assure renewal.
  • Develop and maintain customer health scorecards to assure that customers are realizing the value of our products and services.
  • Understand our customers’ business goals, culture, and challenges.
  • Work with internal teams, including Product Management and Engineering to help VitalConnect’s products and services better meet customer needs.
  • Work to meet or exceed pre-defined metrics and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field
  • Medical Device industry preferred
  • Prior experience with new product roll-outs to hospital settings
